Great service. The owner is a delightful lady who prepares all the meals herself. Food is delicious. Make sure to order a ride ball as an appetizer. You won't be disappointed.

A gem in the heart of Keswick! The food is incredible and the owner is one of the friendliest people we know. I take my family to dine there regularly and we are always met with a warm smile and great conversation not to mention the food itself. The portions are just perfect and the produce is fresh. Highly recommended!

I've been to Fusion several times with multiple different people. I usually get the roti with chicken, which is reliably delicious and generously sized. Other food here has been good too - rice balls, oxtail stew, and jerk chicken.The service is always quick and friendly.There are however a few improvements that could be made. Nearly always when we come in, there are several menu items not available. I would suggest that the owners remove menu items that are not always available, and have them as specials when you do have them.When you ask for water, it will come in a bottle that you are charged for, even if you ask for a glass of water. I recommend specifically asking for tap water if you don't want to pay.The restaurant is also sometimes closed unexpectedly during its usual open hours. I recommend calling ahead to check whether they're open before making the trip.Overall, I love to see international places in Keswick, and this one has lots of potential.

I ordered The jerk chicken & and rise ball - honestly this is what You call Caribbean/Italian the food was too damn good. Advise you all to visit the place and enjoy the food. Prices are very good - a food to get you going all day
